Kit advises publishing and data companies on strategy, governance and transactions. She began her career in magazines before becoming European Editor of Time-Life Books. She then moved into corporate finance, founding The van Tulleken Company which provided M & A advice to academic, education, professional and consumer publishers and data providers. In 2008, she sold her Company to Quayle Munro, and since then she has provided independent strategic advice to her European and North American clients, as well as being a Trustee of the Stationers Foundation and a member of the development committee at the Globe Theatre.
